NOVA stands for opeN sOurce Video plAyer and is an open source video player for Android. It consists in a fork of the original Archos Video Player Community Edition that is hosted here: https://github.com/nova-video-player/aos-AVP supporting Android O and P and beyond as well as including new features. The resulting Android application is published on GooglePlay for those interested to try it out https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.courville.nova

Please note that this consists in a small community effort done on personal time.
